just a note that a good piece of steak makes for a good meal – seasoned with nothing more than salt and pepper, jus made from mushrooms and deglazing the pan. and don’t forget to roast your vegetables at high heat! broccoli tossed with garlic, sesame oil and soya sauce; carrots with honey and soya sauce; both done at 250C till just charred at the edges.
